Support 19 Fallen Wildland Firefighters
The NWTF Arizona State Chapter is joining with other conservation organizations to host a fund raising event to honor the 19 wildland firefighters who recently died in the line of duty.
All proceeds will be distributed to charities that will provide direct payments to the families, scholarships and the Fallen Firefighter Fund.
The Granite Mountain Hotshot Benefit Banquet is Aug. 29 at Tim’s Toyota Center in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Doors open at 5 p.m., and tickets are $50. A number of auctions and sweepstakes will be conduct for those attending the event.
